About the role

We’re looking for a smart, hungry individual to drive our growth marketing function. You will have a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to drive better decision-making across the whole organization.

As a Growth Marketer, reporting to our CPO, you will be responsible for developing the digital and physical performance strategy in order to help achieve our ambitious goals, testing aggressively to find the best ways to deliver growth and revenue across self-serve and sales channels. Ideally, you are passionate, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, independent thinker and incredibly innovative.

Ideally the candidate will have experience working in a senior role within a high growth organization, with intimate knowledge of developing and executing consumer marketing strategies.

This role is for out of the box thinkers. We meet our customers where they are and put a heavy emphasis on marketing through non-traditional channels. Experience with brick and mortar affiliate marketing is a plus!
